1. In the page of the video you want to put on your site, click "Share" and copy the address that appears on "Link to this video".

3. Insert the URL of the video (copied in step 1) in the "File/URL".

4. You can change the dimensions of the video by changing the values ??in the field "Dimensions". By default, the video will stay with the dimensions 425x350.

5. Finally click on "Insert" to insert the video in the page.
